- How to boot from a USB flashdrive on Samsung NP550p7c laptop (Aptio bios)? I followed all intructions i could find (which isnt much), all they say is basically 'Fast BIOS mode' has to be disabled. In the boot menu (F10 after powerup) it does show external usb harddrives, but never an usb flashdrive (which contains a live bootable linux).
